  2. Cost comparison does not include expense involved with the removal (or extra sewer charges) of additional aluminum generated from etching of "C" block and bolt. Duraclamps® are plastic and leave no residuals that must be removed from the finishing tanks.
  3. Cost comparison is calculated for 1 shift only. If you work 2 shifts you should double the material and labor savings by utilizing Duraclamps®.

  • Initially tap and then re-tap for larger bolt
  • Remove bolts from "C" blocks after they are no longer functional
  • Melt aluminum "C" blocks after they are no longer functional
  • General rack repair & maintenance
