Hexies are polypropylene floats, hexagonal in shape, with smooth rounded sides.

Compared to sphere-shaped floats:

  • Hexies® require only one layer for complete coverage.
  • Hexies® solid construction prevents sinking.

Hexies® are completely resistant to all metal finishing chemicals

Hexies® are available in two sizes:

  • 50mm (40 per sq. ft./400 per sq. meter)
  • 100mm (13 per sq. ft./130 per sq. meter)
 Field evaporation tests show that Hexies provide up to 90% reduction in fluid loss and heat losses are reduced by 80% meaning a dramatic savings on fuel costs.
